This item is stocked outside of our warehouse in a European Central Distribution Centre and will usually be delivered within 1 week of order to a mainland UK address, we offer free delivery on all orders over £49 and will charge £4.50 to orders under this value. If you require delivery to any area outside of this including Highlands and Islands please contact us before ordering for any additional carriage costs which may incur. If for any reason there is delay and we cannot deliver within this window we will be in touch to advise a new lead time.
If you are unhappy with your order, you must return the item to ourselves at your own cost, ensuring the item is in its original packaging and unused within 14 days. Once we have received the item back and we have inspected it we will then issue a full refund minus a 5% restocking fee which covers our initial fees.
