What is the standard delivery time?

With such a vast range of products to choose from, our items can vary in lead time for delivery.  Under the delivery and returns tab on the item product page it will state the estimated lead time for delivery, we will always try and process all orders the same working day and dispatch any orders we can from our warehouse the same day providing the order is placed before 2pm, these will be delivered on a next working day service with our courier TNT.  We can try and accomodate your delivery schedules so if you need the bins for a specific date please get in touch and we can advise.  

Can I pay via cheques or bacs?

Yes we accept payment via cheque or bacs, we can do this a couple of ways, you can either go through the order process as normal and on the checkout page is asks how you would like to pay, just select the option to pay via cheques/bacs or telephone and click click continue.  The order will come to us and we will contact you to see how you would like to pay, the other option is to contact us telling us your billing, delivery address and what you would like to order and we will raise a pro forma invoice.  If you are from a school or the public sector then we will only need a purchase order number and you will be given 30 days credit.

Can I use a purchase order?

Yes you can, if you are a school, or ordering for the public sector then we can accept purchase orders and you will be given 30 days credit, all you need to do is send us an e-mail to sales@litterbins.co.uk with your purchase order number and the items you would like to order and we will process everything our end.

Can you go any lower than the price on the website?

We believe we already have a very competitive pricing structure, the more you order the larger the discount.  However if you are buying in much larger quantities than our quantity discounts then we should be able to move a little further on price, simply call, e-mail or use our live chat function to talk to us and we will give you our best price.

I have found a cheaper price, will you beat it?

Yes we will beat any like to like price on the exact same product, the price must be the total including the shipping cost.

What do I do if my bins arrive damaged?

In the unlikely event that your items arrive damaged, you need to contact us straight away to inform us of the defect, you can either do this by using our live chat function, sending us an e-mail or calling us on 01684 252212.  We may ask for pictures of the damage to help us prevent any future problems.
