This item is stocked in our warehouse and we aim to dispatch the item the same day if the order is received before 1pm for next working day delivery with the courier DPD to a mainland UK address. Any orders received after this time will be dispatched the next working day, excluding bank holidays and weekends. We offer free delivery on all orders above £49, if it is under we will add an additional £5.95 to your order at the checkout page, If you require delivery to the Scottish highlands, Islands and Isle including the Isle of Wight please contact us before ordering for additional carriage costs. Orders that require to be delivered by pallet will be dispatched the same day if the order is received before 11pm and will be delivered within 48 hours by the largest UK pallet network Palletline. If for any reason you are unhappy with your product and you would like to return the item, you must do so at your own cost ensuring it is sent back with all original packaging and is un-used within 14 days, once we receive the product back we will inspect the item, after this is all done we will issue a full refund minus a small 5% restocking fee to cover our initial delivery charge and transaction fees.
